On January 7, 2012, during a Shinzen Young retreat, STEPHANIE NASH guided a Laughing Meditation Workshop. It was determined this would be a regular event at Shinzen Southern California retreats.
A year earlier was the first time she had led laughing meditation at Shinzen’s retreats, but this time Steph explained benefits, showed “warm-ups”, and spoke of strategies of allowing laughter to help decrease suffering and elevate fulfillment in our daily life.
Laughter affects the body that affects the emotions and mind. Ten Minutes or longer per day and your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual harmony will improve.
